The first thing that you notice is the water not being able to drain from popular appliances like your washing machine, and the water doesn’t seem to be draining away quickly in the sink, bath, and shower. These are the early signs that there is a problem with your plumbing and most notably, the pipes. If you let this continue, it’s going to lead to other issues and you may even experience some raw sewage leaking into your home via the toilet. Most of the pipes that affect your plumbing are buried metres under the ground on your property, and that means in order to get them fixed, a fairly big job is ahead of you. If you are unlucky enough, the pipe might be broken under your driveway, your flower beds or your garden. In the past, the only option was to dig up the area and completely replace the pipe. However, luckily for you, there are other options now.

You can get blocked drain relining completed by a professional company, and there is no need to dig any trenches on your property. It is a very cost effective method and it is perfect for when it is difficult to reach the pipes. To find out more about the benefits of pipe relining, have a look below.

  • It reduces your costs – As mentioned before, there is no need to make any large excavations on your property and so this saves you money not having to hire an excavator for the day, and the driver as well. This reduces your labour expenses immediately, and you won’t have to replace an area of your driveway or your garden as a result. This saves a lot of money and that’s money better kept in your wallet.
  • It’s a quicker process – Pipe relining is one of the fastest ways to repair a broken pipe. It is essential that you repair sewer pipes immediately before the contents cause more damage in the water table. With relining, this can be done quickly and it takes only a matter of hours rather than days.
  • Less disruption – If there are issues with pipes surrounding your business premises, this could really affect your profits. Pipe relining means that there will be minimum inconvenience and down time, and this will allow you to open up your business again more quickly.

Pipe relining is designed to strengthen the older pipe and it is incredibly strong. Even if the old pipe collapses, the new one will not be affected by it. In many cases, the pipe relining is guaranteed for up to 50 years.
